Refund Policy

When refunds ARE available

• Technical defect: if the software fails to install or run because of a verifiable defect on our end (not user error), we will refund 100% within 7 days of purchase, provided the issue is reported with diagnostic logs to support.
• Failed delivery: if your payment cleared but the download was never available to you within 24 hours, we issue a full refund.
• Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same plan in error.
• Compatibility mismatch: we will refund within 48 hours of purchase if compatibility was misrepresented and you did NOT download the package. Once any download for the version is initiated, the order is considered fulfilled.

When refunds are NOT available

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
• Wrong iOS / iPhone selection (your responsibility to verify before download).
• Account terminated for Terms of Service violation.
• "It does not work for my use case" — please read the product page and FAQ before purchasing; we are happy to answer compatibility questions in advance.
• Disputes opened more than 7 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@vcampro.online within 7 days of purchase. Include your transaction reference, the reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots. We respond within 48 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent in USDT to the wallet address provided in the refund request.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will respond with full transaction logs. Frivolous chargebacks may result in account termination and forfeiture of any active subscription credit.
