VCam Terms of Service
Version 2026-05 - VCam for Entertainment
VCam is for lawful OBS, streaming, QA, and camera testing use only. Fraud, impersonation, identity-check misuse, and financial-platform abuse are prohibited.
1. Allowed Use
VCam may be used only for legitimate entertainment, streaming, OBS workflows, software QA, camera testing, device demonstrations, creator production, and other lawful activity on devices and accounts you own or are authorized to use.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not use VCam for fraud, impersonation, account abuse, evading platform rules, identity verification abuse, financial platform abuse, unauthorized access, deceptive activity, malware, spam, credential theft, resale of unauthorized access, or any activity that violates law or a third-party service policy.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, device, payments, downloaded files, and any activity performed through your access. Keep credentials private. Sharing accounts, selling access, or using another person's account without permission can result in suspension.
4. Subscriptions and Delivery
Subscriptions, wallet balance, device locks, package access, and delivery may be reviewed, limited, delayed, suspended, or revoked when misuse, chargeback risk, abuse reports, or policy violations are suspected. Wrong device or iOS selections may require manual review.
5. Enforcement
VCam may refuse service, disable downloads, reset or lock devices, remove access, preserve abuse logs, or cooperate with lawful requests when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, payment systems, and compliance obligations.
6. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, or using VCam, you confirm that you understand these terms and agree to use the service only for lawful entertainment, streaming, OBS, QA, and camera testing purposes.
